We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates.
(International shipping may be added in the future.)

2) Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During promotions/peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3) Delivery Time (UAE)
Dubai: 1–2 business days
Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Business days are typically Monday–Saturday (may vary by courier).

4) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on location and weight.
Free shipping promotions may be available at certain times (announced on the store).

5) Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive shipping updates via email/SMS (when available). You can also track your order through your store account.

6) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
If delivery fails due to:
incorrect address
customer unavailable/unreachable

the shipment may be returned, and additional reshipping fees may apply.

7) Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays. We will support you and follow up until your order is delivered.

8) Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and shipping label.
